We are looking for someone who wants the front desk to be step one, not the whole story. You will start as the welcoming face of the academy, the first person every student meets. As you prove yourself, you can grow, and the runway here is real. The path we will build with you Client Experience Executive, you start here: own reception, bookings, enquiries and the student experience from the first hello Senior Client Experience Executive or Operations Coordinator: take ownership of a real system such as scheduling or payments, with a pay step to match Assistant Studio Manager, then Studio Manager: run the floor and lead the desk. Our Studio Managers earn up to S$4,600 a month Executive Assistant track: for the right person, grow into supporting the founder directly We actively support people who study while they work. If you are pursuing a diploma or degree, part time or full time, we want to help you climb, and we can sponsor relevant WSQ or admin courses for team members who commit to growing with us. What you will own day to day Be the warm, professional first point of contact for every student, parent and visitor Deliver friendly service in English and Chinese to support our Chinese speaking clientele Answer enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and email quickly and helpfully Manage class bookings, studio schedules, registrations and attendance records Follow up on enquiries and support students through the enrollment process Collect and process payments, track invoices and keep transaction records accurate Keep administrative records, office systems and studio supplies in order Who you areYou genuinely enjoy people, and you take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere. You are organised, proactive and take ownership without being told what to do next. You bring solutions, not just problems, and you want to make things better, not just complete tasks. You want to be part of something meaningful and you want to grow. What you need A diploma, or currently studying toward a diploma or degree (part time or full time is welcome) At least 1 year in a service, retail, administrative or customer facing role, or clear evidence that you learn fast and take ownership Good spoken and written English. Chinese language is strongly valued for serving our clientele Comfortable with Mac and macOS, Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail, Calendar) and picking up new scheduling or admin software Experience in education, wellness, fitness or the arts is an advantage Hours and roster, stated plainly Because classes run in the evenings, desk hours extend to about 9:30 PM on shift days, matched to class times. In return you get a clear 5 day week, two days off every week, and a fair rotating roster planned in advance so you can arrange your life around it. We are honest about the evening hours upfront because we would rather you know now than be surprised later.
