Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

Responsibilities: Develop, maintain contract administration and establish project budget and cash flow Evaluate the contract rates and participate in commercial negotiation Administer subcontractors payments and claims preparation Supervise interim and final account accounts preparation Involve in material procurement, general administration and costings Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying or in related disciplines At least 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar position in construction industry Candidate with more experience will be considered for a senior role Knowledge of PSSCOC and/or REDAS and /or SIA standard forms of Contracts Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently Information provided in response to this job advertisement will be treated in strict confidence and be used for recruitment purpose only.
