Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities/Duties Source, evaluate and negotiate terms and conditions and contract clauses with suppliers and subcontractors. Quantity measurement, costing and estimation for both pre-contract and post-contract Track changes to the Design/ Construction work and adjusts budget projections accordingly Price/ forecast the cost of different materials required for the project Evaluate progress payment and VOs, cost benefit analysis and perform variation order Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior Requirement: Degree/ Diploma in Commercial Management/ Quantity Surveying At least 2-4 years working experience in civil engineering / infrastructure projects, preferably on an MRT project A team player with positive working attitude
