Our core business is the importation and distribution of premium food products to Singapore and Malaysia with business partners all around the Southeast Asian Region. Job Duties & Responsibilities Design and produce marketing collaterals including banners, flyers, posters, brochures, catalogues, and promotional materials for both print and digital platforms. Create and update product artwork, packaging, labels, barcode labels, carton labels, stickers, and other product-related graphics in accordance with company branding and regulatory requirements. Develop creative visuals for the company's e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, RedMart, Amazon, Shopify, and the corporate website. Design attractive product listings, A+ content, promotional campaign banners, vouchers, and seasonal marketing materials to improve online sales performance. Edit and enhance product photographs, lifestyle images, and promotional videos for marketing campaign sand social media. Ensure all artwork complies with printing specifications, food labeling regulations, barcode standards, and brand guidelines before production. Coordinate with suppliers, printers, packaging vendors, and internal departments to ensure artwork is accurate and delivered on schedule. Prepare print-ready files and manage revisions based on production and customer requirements. Support new product launches by designing packaging, labels, POS materials, exhibition displays, and promotional materials. Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, QA, and Product Development teams to create effective marketing and branding materials. Maintain an organized library of design files, product images, logos, fonts, and artwork versions. Ensure consistency of corporate branding across all online and offline marketing channels. Stay updated with current graphic design trends, digital marketing practices, and e-commerce platform requirements. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Perform any other design and marketing-related duties assigned by Management. Job Requirements Relevant Certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the food, FMCG, retail, or e-commerce industry. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite(Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is an advantage. Experience designing product packaging, labels, barcodes, and print-ready artwork. Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, RedMart, Amazon, and Shopify. Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, branding, and visual communication. Knowledge of food packaging and labeling requirements will be an added advantage. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Creative, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Photography, photo editing, or basic videography skills will be an added advantage.
