Sales Supervisor

Supervise daily sales operations and sales staff. Monitor sales performance and help achieve sales targets. Provide guidance and support to the sales team. Ensure good customer service and resolve customer issues. Assist with stock control and product display. Prepare basic sales reports when required. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Coordinate with management on daily operations. Maintain a clean and organized retail environment. Perform any other duties assigned by management.
