Job Title: Foreman Location: Various Locations Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to lead and oversee construction crews on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily construction activities and manage crew performance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to meet project timelines. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks. Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance skills and productivity. Monitor material usage and inventory on-site. Resolve conflicts and address issues that arise during construction. Maintain accurate records of work progress, labor, and materials. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. Proficient in basic construction management software and MS Office. Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid) preferred.
