About Genie Wash Genie Wash is one of Singapore's leading mobile vehicle cleaning companies. We work with fleet operators, car-sharing companies, corporate fleets and events to keep thousands of vehicles clean without requiring customers to visit a car wash. We already serve established fleet customers and are now looking for a Business Development Executive to help us grow our recurring B2B business across Singapore. This is not a role where you'll inherit a mature sales pipeline. You'll be responsible for building one. Your Mission Your primary objective is simple: Win new recurring B2B fleet cleaning contracts. You'll identify opportunities, build relationships, conduct meetings, prepare quotations and convert businesses into long-term customers. We're looking for someone who enjoys hunting for opportunities and is motivated by building something meaningful. Responsibilities Prospect and identify new B2B opportunities Reach out to fleet operators, rental companies, dealerships, workshops and corporate fleets Arrange meetings with decision makers Understand customer operational requirements Prepare quotations and proposals Follow up consistently until deals are closed Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding Maintain relationships with existing accounts Keep CRM records updated Develop partnerships that generate recurring business Who We're Looking For You enjoy opening doors rather than waiting for leads. You are comfortable speaking with business owners, procurement managers and operations managers. You don't get discouraged by rejection and understand that large contracts often require multiple follow-ups. Ideally you'll have experience selling one or more of the following: B2B services Fleet services Logistics Facilities Management Cleaning services Automotive industry Corporate solutions Experience is preferred but attitude and execution matter more. What Success Looks Like Within your first year, you'll be expected to: Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects Secure recurring B2B contracts Increase the company's recurring monthly vehicle wash volume Become the key driver of our B2B growth Your success will be measured by recurring business generated—not simply the number of calls made.
