Student Learning Coach

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 10:30am to 7:30pm Location: Junction 8 Description Review each student's Personalised Learning Pathway (PLP) for the day Prepare instructional materials, activity resources, and Farm Hub setups Coordinate with team members on the day's schedule and responsibilities Set up the learning environment, arrange workspaces, reading corners, and activity stations Parent update, other study hub support and activities Welcome students, conduct wellness check-ins, and settle them in Guide and supervise homework completion Deliver and track personalised learning tasks across all four subjects (English, Mathematics, Science, Chinese) Facilitate GenieSmart practice sessions and GenieClass instructional videos Run Reading & Reflection Hub activities: silent reading, reflection journals, gratitude journals, weekly goal setting Lead or support Farm & Future Hub sessions: planting, observation, recording, measurement Monitor each student's daily progress; update PLP records and flag concerns to the team lead Support social and emotional growth through positive peer interaction and mentorship Conduct daily review with students before dismissal Communicate with parents warmly and professionally at pick-up
