Responsibilities: Guide teachers in the holistic development of children Ensure positive staff morale and a safe and conducive environment that best benefits the children Manage and maintain good relationships with parents, partners and govermental agencies Familiar with ECDA licensing requirements, health and safety regulations etc. Oversee curriculum and raise the standard and performance of the centre Prepare administrative documents and support the centre as required by the management Requirements: Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education with Leadership (DECCE-T and DECCE-L) At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a childcare setting Possess excellent leadership qualities and management skills Is a teamplayer with effective communication and personal skills 5.5 day work week
