BIM Modeller

Develope BIM model in accordance with BIM practices and standards from internal and authorities standards. Ensure accuracy of the BIM model with design intent, and delivery of BIM deliverables in a timely manner. Review models from other parties prior to federation and executed Model health check. Assist in preparation of presentation materials for meetings and coordination. Responsible for the coordination and control of BIM technical matters, and quality implementation. Technical knowledge and understanding of Architecture, Civil & Structure, and M&E. Experience in the adoption of the BIM process in infrastructure projects from tender to completion of projects will be an advantage. Adaptable to working both independently and as a team player. Competency in the following software: Revit / Navisworks Manage / AutoCAD / Civil 3D / Bentley Open Building Designer.
