Roles and Responsibilities Implement AI solutions for APAC use cases to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth AI adoption. Train team members on AI projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain dashboards for key performance indicators. Coordinate with IT and logistics teams to implement new digital tools. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Provide regular updates and insights to management. Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges proactively. Support process automation projects to drive efficiency. Champion a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization. Work with APAC stakeholders to complete AI charters for APAC use cases. Requirements At least 2 years of relevant experience Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities Able to manage both support and project execution effectively Service-oriented mindset with good stakeholder communication Organized, proactive, and able to work independently Experience in providing digital solutions. Familiarity with working with AI tools. Experience supporting production analytics environments
