Job Summary This role oversees the IT teams in Singapore and Malaysia, managing IT infrastructure, projects, and support to align IT solutions with business needs and improve operational performance. Responsibilities Lead the appliactions team in supporting end to end projects Contribute to formulation of strategies for applications support and other functional areas Utilize in-depth knowledge and skills across multiple domain areas to provide technical oversight across systems and applications Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for various projects executed Develop technical specifications, coding, implementation, integration, documentation and user guide according to agreed standards; Involve in System Integration and User Acceptance Testing; Maintain, support and ensure necessary changes are implemented and documented; Actively manage business stakeholders to understand requirements and get buy-in on IT initiatives and projects Leads the planning and implementation of all information systems for the APAC region; including customer-facing systems, internal operational systems, and general purpose hardware / software platforms Performs the role of next level escalation whenever operational issues are raised and cannot be resolved Support the project managers for large-scale projects Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent 15+ years of relevant experience in managing applications support teams across APAC Experience in design, solution architecting for contract logistics - WMS Experience in Data and Reporting Frameworks – PowerBI, Datalak Experience as Application Support Manager Stakeholder and people management experience Demonstrated leadership skills Proven project management skills Basic knowledge of industry practices and standards Has experience in RPA, WMS, TMS, ESB(enterprise service bus), E-commerce, Logistics automation and solutions.
