About this role

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Planning Engineer to support project scheduling, progress monitoring, and on-site coordination. You will assist in translating design plans into executable schedules, track site progress, identify risks or delays, and help ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and according to quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and updating project schedules. Break down master schedules into monthly, weekly, and daily work plans. Monitor site execution progress and report deviations. Coordinate with construction, design, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure schedule alignment. Support resource planning for manpower, equipment, and materials. Highlight risks, delays, and propose mitigation measures. Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Maintain project documentation and ensure data accuracy. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Min 1 years work experience in geotechnical, ground improvement, reclamation or construction planning preferred. Familiarity with project management tools and data analysis. Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to work in site conditions and manage multiple tasks. Detail-oriented with good problem-solving ability.
