What You’ll Do Learn the fundamentals of freight forwarding — Incoterms, air/sea rate structures, customs documentation — through structured on-the-job training Reach out to and build relationships with new and existing clients through calls, email, and networking Prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up consistently to turn conversations into confirmed business Work closely with our operations and pricing teams to ensure smooth shipment execution Maintain accurate client and pipeline records in our CRM and quoting system Build genuine, long-term client relationships — this is a relationship business, not a oneoff transaction What We’re Looking For Diploma/Degree in any field — Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related preferred but not required Fresh graduates welcome; 0–2 years of working experience Comfortable reaching out to and speaking with clients confidently Fluent in English; Mandarin and/or Malay a strong advantage for our regional client base Genuinely curious about how global trade and logistics work — we’ll teach you the technical side, but you need to want to learn it Looking to build a career, not just fill a gap between jobs — we invest real training time in every hire and want that to pay off for both sides What We Offer Structured onboarding covering Incoterms, documentation, and our internal quoting systems Direct mentorship from experienced staff — not left to figure it out alone Clear path for growth as you build your own portfolio of clients over time A flat, direct hiring process — you’ll speak to the people you’d actually be working with, not an external recruiter.
