Production Coordinator

Job Scope Work with management in coordinating and planning journal production activities. Overseeing quality control throughout the production process. Determining quality control standards. Provide administration assistance to Production Managers when needed. Prepare and review internal documentations for management and production staffs. Monitor and manage production schedules for timely delivery. Proofread company documents before printing and releasing. Develop work orders and schedules for upcoming productions. Responsible for weekly manpower planning. Stay current on company projects and branding. Requirements At least a Diploma in relevant field of study. Prior experience working as a production coordinator in the industry preferred. Strong understanding of industry market and conditions. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Able to start work within a short notice period or immediately preferred.
