Join our awesome team of coaches bringing fun, fitness, and fundamentals to children in international/local schools and at our gym in Marina One! We’re on the lookout for full-time coaches to help run our Gymnastics & Multi-Sports programs. Whether you’re a seasoned coach or just starting out, we’ve got a spot for you (and yes, we’ll train you!). 🌟 What You’ll Do: Make Sports fun for kids aged 3 and up Teach movement skills, teamwork, and confidence Lead sessions that are active, engaging, and full of high-fives Work in schools and our cool central gym 🙌 You’re a Great Fit If You: Love sports and working with children Bring good vibes and a positive attitude Want to grow as a coach (we’ll support your development!) We’d love to meet you! 🎯 Your Role as a Coach: As part of our dynamic coaching team, here’s what you’ll be doing: 🏃‍♂️ Coach Like a Pro: Deliver awesome, engaging sessions based on prepared lesson plans Lead age-appropriate games, drills, and activities that get kids moving and smiling 🛡️ Safety First: Always ensure a safe and positive environment for every child Supervise kids during activities and manage group behavior with confidence 💬 Be a Great Communicator: Keep parents, staff, and teammates in the loop Be clear, encouraging, and approachable at all times 💪 Be Hands-On: Set up and pack down equipment before/after sessions Stay energetic, professional, and friendly 🧠 Bring the Right Mindset: Show initiative and take responsibility Maintain excellent class management and engagement Be a team player who can also work independently when needed If you're passionate about sports, love working with children, and want to grow in a fun and rewarding environment—we want you on our team! 🙌
