Construction Foreman

Job Description The Construction General Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all on-site interior fit-out and renovation works to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with approved drawings and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily site activities for interior fit-out and renovation projects. Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers. Plan and assign daily work schedules to ensure project progress. Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Monitor workmanship and maintain high-quality standards. Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety procedures. Conduct daily site inspections and toolbox meetings. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, consultants, and clients to resolve site issues. Monitor the delivery and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment. Prepare daily site progress reports and report project status to management. Ensure good housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment at all times. Assist in project handover and rectification works. Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or construction projects. Experience supervising renovation and interior finishing works. Able to read and interpret construction and interior design drawings. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements. Able to work independently and manage multiple site activities. Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (preferred). Relevant safety certifications will be an advantage.
