Originator And Structurer (Contract)

Glencore Singapore Pte Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Glencore Plc. and engages in commodity trading, the Singapore office employs approximately 230 staff working from a single site. We are seeking for someone who is self-motivated and driven to join our team. Design commercial structures, purchase, tolling, transportation, storage, regasification, and optimisation agreements. Support negotiations by analysing commercial trade-offs and recommending optimal contractual structures. Build and maintain valuation models for transactions and portfolio opportunities. Provide commercial insights to trading and origination teams to support strategic decision-making. Identify and assess market, credit, operational, contractual, and regulatory risks associated with structured transactions. Collaborate with Market Risk and Credit Risk teams to ensure transactions comply with risk limits and governance requirements. Recommend hedging strategies to mitigate commodity price, freight, FX, and basis risks. Other duties and responsibilities as the Company may see fit.
