Responsibilities: As a Business Consultant, you will analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and revenue. You will work closely with management and cross-functional teams to support long-term planning and business development initiatives. Any other duties and tasks may be assigned by the Manager when required. Job Description: · Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals · Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients · Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and business partners · Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations for management · Monitor company performance indicators and suggest improvement plans · Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects · Provide professional consultation on cost control, workflow optimization, and risk management · Assist in developing sales strategies and business expansion plans · Handle ad-hoc assignments and special projects when required · Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines · Willing to work on weekends or overtime when necessary · Analyzing business performance and identifying opportunities for revenue growth · Assisting leadership with long-term planning and competitive strategy · Researching market trends, customer needs, competitors · Evaluating pricing, distribution, and product positioning · Recommending process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs · Working with teams across departments (sales, supply chain, marketing) · Supporting sales strategy, partnerships, key account management · Helping to identify and pursue new business leads · Preparing reports for management on findings and recommendations · Presenting insights to senior leadership · Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills · Understanding of food supply chains or wholesale markets · Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams Working area: Bedok area Requirement: · At least 5 year(s) of relevant working experience in business analysis, consulting, strategy planning, or related roles.. · Must possess at least a Degree in any field. · Strong leadership skills and management competencies. · Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills. · Bilingual in English and Hindi, with the ability to liaise effectively with English and Hindi-speaking clients and workers. · Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently. · Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people. · Time management/ meticulous and mature in work.
