Job Summary The Human Resources Intern will support the HR Department in the daily administration of human resource functions across preschool/student care centres. The intern will gain practical exposure to HR operations within the early childhood/student care sector, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, Singapore work pass administration, and compliance with ECDA and company requirements. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Assist in posting job vacancies on recruitment platforms. Screen/send resumes to hiring managers. HR Administration Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in both physical and electronic filing systems. Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, acceptance of resignation letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, and other employment-related correspondence. Assist in the application, renewal, issuance, and cancellation of Singapore work passes (e.g. Employment Pass, S Pass and Work Permit), including preparing supporting documents and liaising with relevant stakeholders. Monitor work pass expiry dates and ensure timely renewals. Monitor employee probation periods and prepare confirmation documentation upon successful completion of probation. Process employee resignation documentation, including acknowledgement of resignation, exit checklists, and clearance documents. Assist with other employment-related submissions where required. General Administrative Support Assist with employee engagement initiatives and company events. Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by the General Manager. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information. Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
