Litho Process Manager or SMTS

Develop and modify process formulations and controls to meet quality standards while establishing SOPs and FMEA. Lead a department or sub-function, managing budgets, staffing, and cross-functional partnerships to achieve organizational goals. Requires deep functional expertise in lithography processes and industry knowledge to provide professional leadership. Must be capable of balancing short-term and long-term financial and resource goals within a global environment.
