Litho Process Manager or SMTS

Develops and modifies process formulations and controls to meet quality standards while managing a department or sub-function. Responsible for driving continuous improvement plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Requires deep functional expertise in lithography and industry knowledge to provide professional leadership and subject matter expertise. Must be capable of managing budgets, staffing, and aligning area objectives with functional strategy.
