Sr Specialist, Talent Acquisition

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Engineering, Technicians, Product Management, and Corporate roles. Partner with business leaders to develop hiring strategies and utilize creative sourcing techniques to attract top talent. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within an engineering or semiconductor environment. Must be proficient in using enterprise ATS systems and proactive sourcing via social media.
