Job Summary You will provide daily care and education for children, design and implement curriculum, engage parents as partners, and ensure a safe, stimulating environment that supports children’s learning and development. Responsibilities Deliver daily care routines that promote children’s well-being and comfort Plan and execute age-appropriate curriculum to foster children’s learning and development Collaborate with parents to support children’s progress and address their needs Prepare and maintain detailed children’s portfolios documenting development and milestones Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children to learn and play Manage classroom activities and projects to ensure smooth operations and positive learning outcomes Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships Required competencies and certifications Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (CPT/DPT/ACEY) Fluency in English, both written and spoken Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in early childhood care or education Demonstrated classroom and project management skills Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage children and parents Passion for teaching and nurturing children’s growth and development
