Beauty Centre Manager

Responsibilities: Carry out professional facial care, skincare services, and other beauty treatments in accordance with the company's standard operating procedures. Conduct skin analysis to understand the client's concerns and beauty goals. Provide personalized treatment recommendations and explain the benefits and process of the treatments. Follow up with clients to understand the treatment progress and satisfaction. Recommend appropriate treatment packages, membership services, and retail products. Convert consultations into sales and maintain a high conversion rate. Build strong client relationships to promote repeat visits, customer retention, and referrals.
