About this role

GMM Technoworld Pte Ltd (located at Ubi Vertex) is a bizSAFE Level 3 certified distributor of industrial testing instruments and IoT environmental platforms. We manage specialized portfolios including Ultrasonic BMI Scales with student health management software for local mainstream schools, alongside industrial temperature and humidity monitoring systems. We are actively expanding our sales team and seeking energetic, execution-focused individuals to join us as Business Development Executives (BDE). Duties and Responsibilities: Execute direct outreach (cold-calling, corporate emails, and school site visits) to build local sales pipelines. Transport testing units and conduct physical product demonstrations for school HODs and enterprise facility managers. Process client sales quotations, coordinate with technical delivery teams, and track invoice payments. Maintain clean daily records of client interactions and follow-ups in the company tracking system. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: N-Level, O-Level, SPM, ITE Certification, or Polytechnic Diploma. License: A valid Class 3 or 3A driving license is preferred (ability to drive or access transport for onsite product demonstrations is a strong advantage). Experience: Background in sales, retail, telesales, or field marketing is highly advantageous. Fresh graduates with a high learning capacity are welcome to apply. Communication: Clear conversational English to handle corporate and institutional clients smoothly. Work Authorization: Must possess valid legal authorization to work in Singapore without employer visa sponsorship. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. The Commission Package (Structured for Transparency): High-Margin Focus: Commissions are calculated directly out of the Gross Profit Dollars you bring in (protecting you from low-margin product penalties). Tiered Payouts: Earn a standard 12% commission on Gross Profit generated. Top performers hitting higher targets unlock the 18% Accelerator Tier . Note: All sales commissions are triggered and paid upon successful cash collection from clients. Benefits: Comprehensive product and technical training program provided.
