Responsibilities: Lead and manage cybersecurity projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations. Drive cybersecurity initiatives including regulatory fit-gap assessments, privileged identity management improvements, and network segmentation enhancements. Coordinate remediation activities arising from regulatory, compliance, and cybersecurity assessments. Collaborate with Cybersecurity, IT, Risk, Compliance, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery. Manage project governance, including project planning, risk and issue management, status reporting, and steering committee updates. Support initiatives involving CyberArk, SailPoint, Splunk, and other enterprise cybersecurity platforms. Monitor project budgets, vendor performance, resource utilisation, and project dependencies. Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder communications, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Requirements: Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related discipline. At least 7 years of Project or Program Management experience. Proven experience delivering cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise technology projects, preferably within banking or financial services. Candidates with strong project management experience and exposure to cybersecurity initiatives are encouraged to apply. Experience conducting regulatory fit-gap assessments and driving remediation initiatives. Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and vendor management skills. Good understanding of project governance, budgeting, risk management, and project reporting. Preferred Skills: Experience within banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries. Good understanding of cybersecurity domains including Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management(PAM), Security Operations (SOC), Cloud Security, Vulnerability Management, and Network Security. Experience managing projects involving CyberArk, SailPoint, Splunk, or similar enterprise cybersecurity platforms. Familiarity with cybersecurity governance, regulatory compliance, and security transformation programmes.
