Associate / Production Technician | Pharma Mnc | New Plant Start-Up

Summary: Responsible for production unit operations, such as production preparation, charging, reaction temperature control, sampling, workup operations, EBR implementation Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production processes according to SOPs and GMP requirements. Support production activities including equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and material handling. Perform routine checks and ensure smooth execution of manufacturing operations. Complete batch records and production documentation accurately. Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures at all times. Escalate equipment issues or process deviations to supervisors. Support line clearance, cleaning verification, and housekeeping activities. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support startup activities for the new facility Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Technology, Life Sciences, or related disciplines Min. 1-2 year of experience in pharmaceutical industry Familiarity with GMP and cleanroom environments is an advantage. Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
