Workplace Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead (Permanent | Banking)

Responsibilities Partner with the Head of End User Services to define and execute workplace technology strategies aligned with regional and global standards. Own the end-to-end EUS planning lifecycle, including demand management, budgeting, service roadmap development, portfolio governance, and resource planning. Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the IT EUS team, translating business requirements into practical technology solutions. Lead major workplace technology initiatives and transformation programs, ensuring effective governance, timely delivery, and optimal resource utilization. Drive continuous improvements to enhance user experience, collaboration, mobility, security, and service quality. Build strong relationships with regional and global stakeholders, including close collaboration with Head Office to ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Lead and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and service excellence. Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure service effectiveness, business value, and operational efficiency. Ensure the stability, security, and compliance of end-user services in accordance with IT governance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technology adoption and support business growth across APAC. Requirements Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous. Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Service Delivery, End User Services, or Workplace Technology within a multinational environment, preferably in financial services. Proven leadership experience managing teams and regional stakeholders. Strong knowledge of modern workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, endpoint management, collaboration platforms, remote access solutions, and endpoint security. Experience leading large-scale IT projects, service improvements, and transformation initiatives. Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Ability to align technology solutions with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes. Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CSM, or relevant Microsoft certifications will be an advantage. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
