Procurement Specialist (Chemical Plant / West)

Responsibilities: Support end-to-end purchasing activities: prepare RFQs/RFPs, collect and compare supplier quotations, and recommend suppliers for approval. Raise and track purchase orders (POs), follow up on delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of goods/services. Assist with tender documentation, basic contract administration and commercial change tracking under manager guidance. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams (engineering, logistics, finance, China project team) to resolve day-to-day procurement issues. Maintain supplier records, vendor evaluations and procurement databases; support onboarding and qualification activities. Ensure procurement actions comply with internal policies and local regulations; maintain audit-ready documentation. Produce regular procurement reports and help identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related Engineering field. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
