Job Summary Design, develop, and qualify New Program according to customers’ requirement. Involve in Backend Process improvement to achieve robust reliability performance. Responsibilities Involve in Backend process development activities, hardware modification and improvement of HDD manufacturing. Undertake new process development projects for future technological requirement. Undertake improvement project to resolve technical challenges encountered during new product stage and manufacturing stage. Ensure smooth transfer of process setting from R&D team to the manufacturing team. Work with Reliability team for new evaluation to establish Spin stand HDD correlation. Requirements Bachelor Degree or above in Science (Chemistry/Physics) or Materials Science and Engineering Candidate willing to be trained are welcomed to apply / with 2 years of experience in the relevant job scopes.
