About this role
Responsibilities: Serve as the main operational contact for strategic customers and build strong relationships Manage quotations, sales orders, and complex transactions with accuracy and commercial alignment Own the full order lifecycle from enquiry to delivery and after-sales support Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure smooth execution Handle escalations and resolve fulfilment issues promptly Analyse customer data and buying trends to generate insights and improve account performance Drive continuous improvement in processes and ensure compliance with pricing and internal systems (CRM / ERP systems) Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles, with Key Account management experience, within industrial, engineering, or technical environments. Possess exposure to Account operational and Order Management scopes. Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft 365 business applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI), CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), SAP B1.
