Engineering Manager (Semiconductor Equipment Design)

Responsibilities: Manage mechanical design team Ensure mechanical design process meets schedule Conduct transforming, conceptualization and design review session with internal design team Continuous review, development, enhance and improve company product Work with cross-functional engineers to resolve system issues Provide technical support and solutions to product inquiry Requirement: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering More than 8 years of design experience with strong expertise in semiconductor equipment Lead and manage an engineering team, providing guidance and field support Ability to work independently with high level of motivation and communications with all levels Manage project timeline, resources, and cost. Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers. Ensure design quality, reliability, and compliance.
