Engineering Manager (Fluid System Application | West)

KEY ROLES &RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with Sales to understand customer requirements and ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Project Engineers and Drafters to strengthen technical capability, customer engagement, and overall team performance. Provide direct engineering guidance and technical problem-solving support for Custom Solutions projects and liaise with customers to resolve issues and implement improvements for recurring concerns. Review and approve engineering documentation, technical deliverables, material requisitions, procurement requirements, and project-related records. Ensure all engineering activities comply with the company Quality System, company policies, customer specifications, and applicable regulatory requirements. Act as the primary escalation point for technical, project, and customer-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective stakeholder communication. During periods of high workload or resource constraints, step in to perform engineering work directly to support delivery commitments and maintain operational effectiveness. Drive quality and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with QA/QC to strengthen engineering processes and deliver consistent outcomes. Requirement Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering discipline. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Custom Design or Project based work for Fluid System / Gas system / Vacuum system. Minimum 3 years of managerial and people management with good team leadership experience. Strong understanding of engineering project execution, engineering documentation, procurement processes, testing, and commissioning activities.
