Production Technician (Pharma / Biotech New Plant / Shift Arrangement) | West - Mnc

Responsibilities Perform daily production operations i.e. material preparation, charging, sampling, reaction monitoring, and workup activities. Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in compliance with SOP, GMP, and safety requirements. Execute and maintain accurate Electronic Batch Records (EBR) and production documentation. Support troubleshooting, equipment cleaning, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance activities. Assist supervisors in achieving production targets and continuous improvement initiatives. Able to adept in new start up Pharmaceutical / Biotech plant. Requirements Diploma / Degree in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Mechanical or relevant Engineering field. 1 year of experience or candidate with trainee experience but willing to be trained. Basic knowledge of GMP, EHS, and manufacturing operations in a plant environment. Able to follow procedures, perform documentation accurately, and work independently. Willing to rotating shifts and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Good communication in English & Mandarin to liaise with Subject Matter Experts in Headquarters.
