Operations Support Officer

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Operations Support Officer to assist in maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and day-to-day operations of our island facilities. The role includes general upkeep, system checks, minor installations, and basic troubleshooting. Candidates with basic electrical knowledge will have an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Perform general cleaning duties to maintain hygiene across all facilities. Conduct regular system checks (e.g., lighting, air-conditioning, access systems) and report issues. Assist in basic installation and setup of furniture, equipment, and operational systems. Support troubleshooting and minor fixes—especially where basic electrical understanding is helpful. Report maintenance issues or building faults to the Operations Manager using messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp). Assist with lifting, moving, and arranging furniture and other physical tasks as required. Requirements: Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including lifting and installation work. Comfortable using messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp) to communicate and report issues with photos. Basic electrical knowledge is a plus. Personal Qualities: Polite, respectful, and well-mannered.
