Clinic Assistant (Chiropractic Clinic)

Job description: We are a Chiropractic clinic , looking for friendly, mature and hardworking individuals with excellent customer service skills to assist a doctor and patients in a chiropractic clinic. This is a full-time position and requires weekend (Saturday only) availability. ***At least 1 year experience in working in healthcare clinics is a must. Fluent English is a must. Experience in aesthetic clinics or private clinics are welcome Your duties include: Providing excellent customer service that goes beyond your call of duty Answering phone calls & schedule patients’ appointments Managing patient flow and multi-tasking Following up with patients Assist the doctors in the day to day operation Basic clinic housekeeping Keeping the office clean & presentable at all times.
