Ltd. seeks an experienced President to lead business growth, drive expansion, oversee operations, and foster a collaborative culture that drives financial and operational success. Responsibilities Lead and manage the company’s overall development to ensure seamless operations and achievement of established goals Make strategic and financial decisions to guide the company’s growth trajectory Raise funds to support company expansion initiatives Establish, monitor, and control budgets, resources, and operational procedures Inspire and cultivate a positive company culture through effective leadership Analyze complex business challenges and develop solutions to ensure company survival and growth Required competencies and certifications Demonstrated expertise with over 20 years in investment, business establishment, and management of ventures Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic Expert knowledge of finance and business management principles Familiarity with TCM regulatory compliance and industry best practices Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and decisions Proven collaboration skills to build positive working relationships Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives Project management skills to oversee initiatives and deliver results
