Responsibilities: Lead the development of product strategies, including market requirements, pricing, and positioning. Develop and execute structured product marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Monitor business plans and market penetration to enhance competitive advantage and revenue growth. Analyze competitor activities and market share to formulate strategies to penetrate and defend market position. Establish pricing strategies and develop marketing tools for successful product launches. Identify customer needs and communicate feedback to internal stakeholders, including engineering and procurement teams. Drive new product introductions in collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet commercial demands. Manage sales bookings and forecast accuracy in alignment with management targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure satisfaction. Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolution. Deliver clear and concise executive updates for customer management reviews. Document meeting notes and drive action plans to ensure timely execution. Manage budgets to ensure cost efficiency and profitability. Oversee accounts receivable processes and ensure timely closure. Lead, develop, and evaluate team members to support efficient operations. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field. At least 2 years of sales experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment or a related industry. Proven experience in managing teams and delivering complex projects. Strong industry network within the semiconductor sector; connections in Singapore, China, or Taiwan are an added advantage.
