Relationship Manager – Transaction Banking (Sme Clients)

JOB ID :1641619 Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients by providing cash management, transaction banking, and working capital solutions. Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) clients and drive revenue through the cross-selling of business accounts, cash management, FX, trade finance, and treasury solutions. Build strong relationships with business owners by understanding their banking needs and delivering tailored financial solutions. Collaborate with internal product specialists to provide end-to-end transaction banking solutions while ensuring an excellent client experience. Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies and regulatory requirements, including KYC, CDD, FATCA, and AML standards. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in SME Banking, Transaction Banking, Business Banking, Cash Management, or B2B sales and relationship management. Strong client acquisition, relationship management, and business development skills with a proven ability to achieve sales targets. Good understanding of cash management, trade finance, FX, working capital solutions, or transaction banking products. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
