JOB ID:1483219 Key Responsibilities Acquire and develop New-to-Bank (NTB) SME clients through proactive business development activities. Build and manage long-term relationships with business owners by understanding their financing and banking needs. Promote and cross-sell a comprehensive suite of Business Banking products Perform basic financial and credit assessments to support financing recommendations. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client enquiries and maintaining strong client relationships. Achieve individual sales, revenue, and cross-selling targets while maintaining high compliance standards. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of client acquisition or relationship management experience within the banking industry. Open to candidates from Priority Banking , Personal Financial Consultant (PFC) , Wealth Planning Manager (WPM) , Personal Banker , or other Retail Banking sales roles. Strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills with a proven ability to achieve targets.
