JOB ID:1658789 Job Responsibilities Handle accident claims reporting and prepare all necessary claim documentation accurately and promptly. Liase with customers, insurance companies, and workshops to coordinate and facilitate the claims process. Monitor and follow up on claim progress to ensure timely resolution and provide updates to customers. Ensure all claims are processed in accordance with company policies and insurance procedures. Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accident claims reporting or motor insurance claims handling. Good understanding of motor insurance claims procedures and documentation.
