Accounts & Finance Manager

[Job ID: 1659368] Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to facilitate strategic business planning and decision-making. Present financial reports, business insights, and recommendations to management and key stakeholders. Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities on audit, tax, GST, corporate income tax, and compliance matters. Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements through digitalisation and automation initiatives. Supervise, guide, and develop finance team members to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial initiatives. Perform additional finance-related duties as assigned by management. Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, including supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST, Corporate Income Tax, and statutory compliance requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, reporting, and presentations.
