Clinic Receptionist (Central/ 5.5Days)

[Job ID: 1650293] 5.5 work week (2 Saturday per month, Sat: 8:30 - 12:30 or 9:00 - 13:00) Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact, managing daily front desk operations Handle cashiering, including accurate billing, payment collection, and daily reconciliation Prepare and maintain daily financial and operational reports Respond to patient enquiries and perform follow-up actions promptly Manage insurance matters, including Letters of Guarantee (LOGs) and claims processing Administer billing processes, maintain cash float, and promote cashless payment options Support clinic operations and perform additional duties as assigned by the Team Leader Requirements At least 1–2 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Experience in clinic or healthcare settings is an added advantage To Apply, please kindly email your updated resume to cv_estheryip@goodjobcreations.com.sg We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
