Service Sales Coordinator [Up To $5,000 | Henderson]

Responsibilities Prepare service quotations, contracts, and related documentation. Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown calls, and service requests. Monitor service job progress and follow up to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction. Generate reports and maintain accurate service records, databases, and documentation. Liaise with customers, service engineers, vendors, and principals on service-related matters. Support spare parts ordering, inventory tracking, and warranty administration. Utilize Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and service documentation. Leverage SAP, SAGE, or other ERP systems to support service operations and inventory management. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve operational objectives. Requirements Diploma in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in service coordination, customer support, or business operations. Experience in the scientific, laboratory equipment, medical devices, or consumables industry is an added advantage. Proficiency in spoken and written English. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with SAP, SAGE, or other ERP systems is an added advantage. Strong administrative, documentation, and record-management skills. Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
