Finance Executive [Up To $4,500 + AWS | Central]

Responsibilities Coordinate finance-related activities with group subsidiaries and support treasury operations across the organization. Manage group finance documentation, including agreements, confirmation documents, bank statements, invoices, and board resolutions. Administer bank transaction processes, including loan applications, foreign exchange transactions, and related documentation. Input, verify, and maintain financial data within the accounting system. Monitor and manage maturities for bank loans, intercompany loans, and foreign exchange transactions. Track and manage credit limits to ensure compliance with approved facilities. Prepare e-banking payment transactions for operational expenses, disbursements, and loan repayments. Administer daily cash flow activities, including collecting forecasts, reviewing cash positions, and consolidating cash flow reports. Maintain finance system user access records and stakeholder contact information. Support internal and external audit activities by preparing required documentation and reports. Prepare and validate monthly closing entries, supporting schedules, and reconciliations. Review foreign exchange positions and maintain related records. Arrange tax payments, including corporate tax and withholding tax obligations. Gather financial information and prepare supporting documents for tax inquiries. Assist with correspondence and documentation required by tax authorities. Perform additional finance, treasury, and tax-related duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, treasury, or related functions. Good understanding of financial statements, cash flow management, and balance sheet management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and documentation. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in treasury operations, foreign exchange (FX) management, and corporate finance is an added advantage.
