Payroll & HR Executive

[Job ID: 1645766] Responsibilities Process monthly payroll accurately and on time using HRIS and payroll systems Verify payroll data including allowances, deductions, overtime, leave, and claims Prepare payslips, payroll reports, and statutory submissions in line with Singapore regulations Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely payroll disbursement and reconciliation Maintain secure and accurate payroll records with strict confidentiality Update and maintain employee records within HRIS systems Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates Assist with work pass applications and renewals and related documentation Prepare HR reports and support documentation requirements Administer leave and benefits processes and handle employee communications Support team coverage during peak periods and contribute to HR process improvements Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, tax regulations, and internal policies Liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and relevant agencies on HR and payroll matters Support annual tax reporting and statutory HR requirements Perform ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of experience in payroll administration or HR generalist roles with payroll responsibilities Hands-on experience processing payroll using HRIS and payroll systems Working knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations, CPF, IRAS taxation, and statutory requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications To Apply, please kindly email your updated resume to cv_gary@goodjobcreations.com.sg Please kindly refer to the Privacy Policy of Good Job Creations for your reference: https://goodjobcreations.com.sg/en/privacy-policy/ We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
