WHAT YOU’LL OWN • Full studio operations — you run the show, end to end • Membership sales, lead conversion, and retention strategies that actually work • Building and leading a tight-knit, high-performing team of coaches and staff • Grassroots and digital marketing to dominate the local fitness scene • Member experience — from first enquiry to long-term loyalty • KPI tracking and performance reporting to the franchise owner • Setting the tone, the standard, and the culture of the studio WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR • 2–4 years in fitness, retail, hospitality, or people-driven management • A natural closer with genuine passion for health and wellness • Someone who leads by example and lifts others up • Highly organised, solutions-first mindset • Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment • Studio or CRM software experience is a bonus WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU 💰 Base Salary: SGD $4,500 – $5,500/month (based on experience) 🎯 Very Attractive Quarterly Performance Incentives & Commission 🏋️ Complimentary BFT membership for you and a family member 📋 Full MOM-compliant benefits — annual leave, medical, public holidays GROW WITH US We’re not looking for someone to fill a seat.
