Job Summary Our client is looking for you to lead day-to-day operations of a major shopping mall and mixed-use asset, managing M&E systems, tenant coordination, and asset improvements to enhance operational performance and tenant experience. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of a large-scale retail-led development to ensure smooth functioning and tenant satisfaction Manage building services and M&E systems to maintain uptime, regulatory compliance, and optimal performance Lead internal teams and external contractors to deliver effective facilities management and maintenance services Serve as the primary contact for retail tenants, coordinating fit outs, handovers, and ongoing tenant relations Drive operational improvements and support asset enhancement projects to increase asset value and efficiency Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Manage budgets, service contracts, and vendor performance to optimize cost efficiency and service quality Required competencies and certifications Minimum 5 years of experience managing shopping mall or retail-led mixed-use assets Proven background in property ownership, development, or property management companies Demonstrated expertise in managing retail tenants and fit out processes Strong working knowledge of building services and mall operations Ability to lead teams and engage directly with stakeholders in a confident, hands-on manner Preferred competencies and qualifications Degree in Building Services, Engineering, Estate Management, or a related field Other Information Opportunity to own a high-profile retail asset with visible impact on operations and tenant experience Exposure to asset enhancement and value-add initiatives with strong …
