Responsibilities Manage full cycle recruitment across multiple regions and disciplines to meet diverse workforce needs Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute effective hiring strategies aligned with business goals Lead international search mandates, delivering high-quality candidates to support early stage real estate and construction projects Build and sustain strong talent pipelines across key global markets to ensure ongoing candidate availability Provide actionable market insights and advisory support to stakeholders for informed talent decisions Deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, enhancing employer brand Required competencies and certifications Proven experience in Talent Acquisition with demonstrated success in international recruitment Strong track record managing multiple recruitment mandates in fast-moving environments Essential background in Real Estate or Construction, focusing on early stage developments is required Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and engage diverse teams Adaptability and proactivity to thrive in a high growth, dynamic setting Willingness to relocate to the Middle East Other Information Unique opportunity to work on high impact projects in the Middle East Exposure to international markets and senior stakeholders Dynamic environment offering strong career growth potential Recruiter Contact Alex Beattie - abeattie@goughrecruitment.com.hk Data collected will be used for recruitment purposes only.
